Chocolate Cobbler


3/4 c Sugar
1 c Self-Rising Flour
2 tbsp Cocoa
1/2 c Milk
6 tbsp Melted Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
Pinch of Salt
Mix above ingredients and spread into greased 11x7 or 9x13 glass baking dish. Mix and sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and 1/4 cup cocoa over batter in pan. Gently pour 1-1/2 cups hot water over all. DO NOT MIX. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
